Room was clean. I was on the 2nd floor, and their were kids above me running and jumping. Call the front desk 3-times, and they said they would take care of it, but that lasted about 10minutes then would continued. Not able to get any sleep with all the noise coming from up stairs.

Great place for a sleepover with the kids. Property was clean and organized. The woman working in the cafe area for breakfast was amazing! The kids enjoyed the pools and food . Beds were soft and comfy.

I would have gave 5 star in the staff except the lady that at check out gave me negative talk about my 2 pound chihuahua. I saw about 10 kids coming out of a room I know they will mess up the room worst than my little dog who I had in the cage. She is house broken and I usually don't bring her out except power went out over night at my home. By the way the Spanish lady that checked me in was very nice.

This hotel was one of the best places yet I stayed in specially the breakfast was amazing and I sleep like baby 😊may god bless everyone that works there

Someone must have just smoked marijuana in our room just before we checked in. Very disappointing, the staff did allow us to switch rooms however didn’t seem surprised by the issue. The pool and hot tub looked very dirty (hot tub looked green) kids were very disappointed that we wouldn’t let them get in.

Paid $112 and was told it's not enough to have refrigerator in the room. Had to come down anytime I need to warm food for kids.

It was good hotel. Only problem was when i got there my toilet wasn't working to good they went up and fixed it quickly. Also I took my kids to the pool and they had no towels in the carts when we went to ask for them one of the ladies cleaning was rude about it and told my daughter "No we don't have any now i have to mop all this up because you made a mess!" Which she was completely dry just that her hair did drop a few drops on the floor. Also i could hear the foot steps of the people above us so i couldn't take a nap during the day. But other then that the breakfast was good and the room was very comfortable.
