Nice get away enjoying the pool with the family

Property wasn't as clean as I hoped. Bathroom had mold, towles were stained, found some trash in our room, and sliding door to the balcony didn't lock (which was a concers becuase of my toddler). For what they charge I will be choosing elsewhere next time.

Very disappointing our stay there. Have reserved two rooms for my entire family but the room where my kids were staying since we got there the air conditioning was not working and they sent maintenance to try to fix it several times on the second day they said it would be a possibility they would be able to change it if the room would not cool. But when we return from our event the room was even hotter. We asked The front desk if they could move our kids to a different room they told us that was not possible and that the room was not hot. The room felt as if it were a sauna at two in the morning when by any chance it should be a bit cool since there is no heat from the sun coming in through the windows but that was not the case. When my husband requested that front desk change the room they laughed in my husband‘s face and said that that was not gonna be a possibility. My husband requested a refund for both rooms for that night since they were not willing to work and find a room for my kids. Very disappointed in our stay here will not be returning anytime soon.
