Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Dumas

The property looked NOTHING like what was advertised on Expedia website. If we hadn't been exhausted from our drive, due to a family health emergency, we would've cancelled the room n gone to a different hotel in Dumas.

From the very beginng, you are welcome like family. I am handicap, it is good to feel delightful and pleasant to a warm and not a burden feeling for once. Staff are super friendly and pleasing. They are out of their way to assist you. Room is super clean and any they can do for you, they do. My opinion this place is the BEST Bang for your money.

Short family vacation. Door cards did not work - were told to try 4 times. Still not working. Beds ok, clean but NO tissues anywhere in room. Breakfast over at 9:30…ridiculous! And rolls were stale. Don’t plan on breakfast here.

We always stop here when we are heading to visit family in Texas. The hotel is always clean and the staff is warm and welcoming. The grass next to the hotel is beautiful.

I was shocked by state of this hotel. I am baffled that it is still open and running. Not only was it extremely dated, but more importantly, it was filthy. The carpet was stained, wallpaper peeling, dirt and dust on all surfaces and in every corner. We arrived here late with four kids and no other options, so we stayed. At $200 a night, I expected the room to be clean…at the very least. I have no idea how they earned the 8.8 review score on hotels.com, but it’s no doubt tricked others into booking. Beware.
