Me, my husband, and our 3 children stayed here for a weekend getaway. Upon check in the staff was very friendly and told us about the accomadations around the hotel. Once we got on the elevator it was disastrous. It was filthy and the hotel floors smelled like marijuana. Our room smelled a stitch of urine and the comforted smelled of smoke. Throughout our stay we tried to request for more towels but they were out every time and in saying that the hotel desk offered us a cookie for our inconvenience lol… we will never stay here again

The hotel was very busy with a conference or something. Hard to navigate around the crowd in the lobby to get to our room. Greeter seemed uninterested, not happy in greeting or to help. I'm old school. I like a happy greeter "hello, how may i help you today"... if you plan to use the sofa sleeper you have to request sheets and blankets. We are a family of five. Got a room that sleeps 6 only enough towels for 3. Must request additional towels, wash cloths etc.

The first room had a leaking toilet. The second room with all the rain we had one day we had water in our room. We had asked for a cot but when I asked the night team he was rude and not friendly but when I asked in the morning the man was much more informative and friendly. The pullout couch was very uncomfortable for my kids. The day staff was very nice. We were not a fan of the evening staff.

We got the about an hr early and they were kind enough to allow us to check in-excellent customer service. The front staff was welcoming. Room was comfortable for our family. Breakfast was delicious- lots of options for everyone! The location is great lots to do around the area!

My stay at Hyatt Place was short, but necessary for a family errand in the city of Dallas. The hotel was clean, and well maintained but obviously needed a little TLC. The elevator doors, room doors, and carpet were clean but worn. The breakfast was surprisingly good, and I had zero complaints except they ran out of French toast. :( Overall, a good hotel for short stays.

Check in was fast and easy. Staff was great. Fold out couch in room had crumbs and looked as if bedding had not been changed. It was laye so removed it and used blankets from one of the beds. No extra blankets like you might find in other places. Overall a good stay. Quiet and the kids enjoyed the pool.
