My flight out of Houston, to Charlotte, was cancelled. i just want to go spend Christmas with my kids. In the process of re-routing, to get to my kids, i was very rude to an employee, on the phone. There was no excuse for me to be rude to the employee on the phone. i regret doing so, and i ask for that employee’s forgiveness.
