Charles at the front desk was super professional and very nice. My family and I had just flown from the Philippines, and landed about 8am in DFW. Charles made us the priority and made sure we were checked in when our room type became available. Rafael drove us in the van to and from the airport. Fast and efficient. Super nice guy. Kudos!!

The staff would not answer the phone to pick us up from the airport, it took almost 40 minutes and they never answered, another family member that was already at the property had to walk down to the front desk to inform them

The hotel was clean and the staff was very kind and helpful. We sat in the patio area for dinner and it was very peaceful, my children and I enjoyed our stay.
