Nice for families

Room was nice, clean, and comfy. Downside was the water heater was out and we could hear the manager argueing with the water depo guy. Pool was also closed for maintenance so kiddos were disappointed.

We were just passing through on a family roadtrip. Comfortable beds, clean, and a full breakfast to satisfy everyone. Great choice!

We had a good time at the hotel during our family reunion. we all gathered in the foyer as we waited to go to our next event.

The room was very nice and met our needs for a family of 5 and we were well pleased. Will definitely recommend and return back.

My teenage daughter had walked downstairs to get breakfast. She left the top lock in between the door to prop it open because she didn't have a key. Two different people in housekeeping just barged into my room. The first one my toddlers were asleep and I was on the toilet next to the door. This is wildly inappropriate and not fine at all. They did not attempt to knock and get a response. They just thought it was ok to just walk into my room yelling housekeeping. Overall everything else was pretty good but the invasion of privacy made me really upset. The door didn't close properly anyways. My tvs didn't work and the front desk guy was just like "sorry". My kids were so upset I had to climb on the desk and fix the wiring myself. The room was clean and nice and great price though. It definitely had potential to be a nice stay.

Good place to stay with kids.

App information is outdated. The entire property is no smoking, every room. Also stay was ruined by screaming kids running up and down the hall late at night to early in the morning. Hotel staff was unwilling to address the problem with the kids. Also room floor was dirty and hadn't been vacuumed.

Needed vacuuming and there was a scavenger hunt for construction ducks which was great in theory but my kids looked for a half hour and never found one. Staff was very friendly though and good breakfast

Everything was great! All the staff we interacted with were pleasant and hospitable, the rooms and spaces were clean and comfortable, the breakfast and coffee/tea options were good for our entire family, and everything in our room worked properly. The interior is all updated and the rooms were more spacious than the typical hotel rooms I’m accustomed to. I would recommend staying here.
