Older property but rooms are clean and sufficiently updated. Easy parking and pet friendly are pluses. A viable option when visiting kids at Sewanee - 25 minute drive.

I’m from Winchester, but now live in Florida. I visit my family frequently and have stayed in many different hotels. This one has definitely been the best. Great price. Clean rooms. The beds and pillows were nice and soft. I noticed There are chargers for electric vehicles if you have one.

Second time we have stayed here. Previous experience was better last year. This year the lobby was closed when all the anglers were preparing to head to the lake. Parents and kids were hoping for coffee before heading out. Room machine not the same. Bathroom in room was ridiculous. You had to literally straddle the toilet to get in and out.
