My husband and I had a wonderful stay with our 4 grand children. The babies really enjoyed the indoor pool. A great breakfast was served daily. We were 25 minutes from Nashville Shores.

2 Queen and sofa was great and big enough for the kids to have room to play. Staff was friendly and helpful. The shuttle service was the main reason we stayed there and it did not disappoint, we were able to get rides without any issues.

Great short stay. The hotel has a free shutle and the breakfast was good to have. Clean small indoor pool for the kids. Comfortable beds and the room was clean.

Our original plan was to spend Christmas in the Smokey Mountains with family but ended up just being my 2 kids and me when the rest of my family backed out. We made the best of it and that wouldn't have been possible without the amazing staff here. From the minute we checked in, staff was friendly, attentive, and just amazing to us...making us feel at home despite a not-so-ideal situation. Our room was always clean, regardless of it being the holiday, the common areas stayed spotless, and even the shuttle was handy so I didn't have to worry about driving or parking (and paying) in busy areas. I strongly recommend checking out this hotel and the amazing staff!!

Our family stayed for one night during a long road trip. We were pleasantly surprised by the amenities of the hotel: the clean indoor pool, workout facility, and cocktail bar in the lobby in the evenings. The breakfast buffet also offered healthy choices and there was an employee cleaning and restocking the buffet the entire time we were there. Highly recommend this hotel.
