First night-Woke up Saturday and bathroom smelled like cigarettes. Walked in hall and smelled like cigarettes. Chose hotel for kids due to indoor pool. Upon arrival, note at front desk said pool was closed.

The staff wasn’t very friendly. The pool was closed and we saw staff with children going to the pool. The phone didn’t work so we had to go to the front desk and ask for extra towels. Very disappointing

The room was in good condition, clean, and comfortable. It's not often you find a room with 2 king-sized beds. But, the pool and gym were out of commission, they played loud music in the lobby, and it appeared to serve as a day care for employee children. I say that because, a 10 yo child played a video game just inside the door on a tv in the lobby. The business center also appeared to be used as a play room. My wife witnessed the children getting pizza, by the slice, from a person she hoped was their father, in the canopied area of the hotel. It was very strange to witness it all. Not sure what is really going on.

Chose this property for the indoor pool-it was closed down. Needed extra towels-there are 7 of us in 2 rooms-4 towels total. The front desk person stated the laundry person didn’t show up so they were out of towels. Both TV’s were unwatchable due to cutting in and out so much. Microwave unusable because the door handle was broke off. Room was so hot and AC unit didn’t work. Very frustrating to end Christmas for my family this way.

The ratings for this hotel is misleading. Bathroom had holes in walls that were poorly repairs and black mold around the bottom of baseboards. The phone in room did not work. Not enough items available in room such as shampoo. No Hair conditioner available. Room had a pullout sofa but the bedding wasn’t in the room. Probably the most frustrating thing is that the rating on Expedia is misleading. There is no way we would have stayed here. It’s a 2.5 tops! We tried to get our money back so we could go to another hotel and they charge an $80 fee to cancel. The staff told me that they did not like this policy because so many people try to cancel and are forced to stay there so they don’t lose money and they are obviously mean to them during the whole stay. It’s sad all the way around. Have photos that I will circulate. Our family lives in this area so we will be spreading the word.

This hotel was very disappointing. We picked this place to stay over night to rest on our way home from vacation. Going off the photos and the reviews. Upon entry the staff member was very rude to myself and my childre. She informed us that the pool was closed which thats ok it happens, but then when she saw my childrens dissapointment she replied with, "well you dont have to stay here." Mind you they are 5 and 2. The room was very sparce. No decor and the walls had multiple gouges out of the dry wall, multiple patch work areas in the bathroom and mold in the shower. Carpet was coming up enough that you could trip over it. The hallway floor was very uneven and the tile was all coming up in a wave pattern. Breakfast was minimal and nothing to brag about. The only positive to the stay was that the beds where comfortable. We wont return to this hotel again.

No clean towels. Stained sheets. Pool and gym closed and not in working order as advertised. Kid was Highly disappointed. Had to ask them to try to get new sheets and towels (which they didn’t have any of) and to get trash from trash cans- no housekeeping in sight. Ended up taking it into hallway myself. Stayed 4 days. Also beware of the hookers that hang out across the street at the luvs truck stop. Not a super kid friendly area in my opinion.

Very disappointed that the end of July 2021 this hotel advertised they had a pool. Only to check in with 2 kids ready to swim to hear the pool is still closed due to Covid. So it's been closed for 15 months but they are still tricking travellers passing through into booking there. I just think it's deceiving and had I known it didn't have a pool, I would have booked somewhere else! I'm sure I'm not the first family to feel this way upon check in.
