Nice room. OMG!!!!! A Keurig coffee maker, I’m in Heaven. Comfy bed, decent pillows, clean bathroom, frig and microwave. Had a river view …. What more could I ask for? Ok, maybe one of the balcony rooms, but all in all, it was very nice. The kids didn’t like the pool area, the smell of chlorine was a bit overpowering. Nice breakfast room and selection of food items.

Great place for a one-night stop-over in Pierre. We loved being so close to the river with a great view. The kids enjoyed the pool and we ate at Drifter’s right next to the hotel - delicious! Cookies at check in and a good variety of foods at breakfast. Very clean breakfast room. We loved this hotel!

Our stay was during a large baseball tournament. The kids were everywhere being loud, not picking up after themselves in community areas, spilling food and drink in the hallways, it drove me nuts. Parents were not keeping tabs. Its hard for staff to keep up with many kids creating messes and their parents not caring either. Our room was very clean minus the coffee staij on one of the lampshades. Beds were comfy and newer as well. I loved the river view!

Front desk clerk was grumpy and unpleasant to deal with. When looking for a room for a family of 5 (kids 9,12,14) i expected a room with sleeping space for us all, especially with booking a DELUXE room. Sadly we were disappointed by our tiny room with no pull out sofa/ chair like most hotels have. We had to pay for a roll away bed. I asked the unfriendly front desk clerk if we could have a pillow for the roll away bed and was told they come with a pillow in it already, which ours didnt but we didnt want to bother the moody front desk clerk again. Our room only had 3 towels so of course we had to bother the moody front desk clerk again. We loved the deck and our view off our room! Breakfast had great choices! No rolling carts found while checking out so it took us a few trips back and forth to our car. Our room was clean!
