Pull out mattress was unusable. You could feel every spring in the mattress. I would not let my child sleep on it so let them sleep in the bed, which was not the plan and not a good night stay.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating! I had reserved many rooms for several nights and everyone’s needs were met. Highly recommend this hotel for yourself or your family members.

Hotel was flithy-main area carpets had multiple stains. The floor in our room clearly has not been cleaned-multiple hair ties, piles of dirt, people before us keys left on dresser, I questioned if room actually had been cleaned. We would have went somewhere else but due to SDSU family wkend all hotels were booked. Will not be staying again. Was just flithy-

There were lots of children there running around, but we were on the third floor and over night didn’t hear anything. It was very quiet and peacefull.

Everything was great concerning the facility and the staff. The only complaint I have was that when I wanted to use the pool there was someone doing swimming lessons for babies and all they did was cry. Sort of ruined the relaxation part of the hot tub use.
