great hotel for kids to play in the pool, walk to many stores, restaurants, movie theatre, employees are very friendly, helpful and are available to assist in any way or just talk while you wait for your husband ! Tina helped with kids, bandaids, pizza delivery, helped me feel quite at ease setting up & feeding 7 people in the lobby & then take them back to the pool.

I will never stay there again. We get there and the pool is closed in the middle of summer??? That’s why I stayed there. We went to the room and the kids were upset about the pool. And there was a note saying Netflix was out. Now my kids wanted to leave. But the room was already paid for.

We enjoyed much of our stay. The room was lovely and quiet. The breakfast was quite good with lots of options. The outdoor seating areas were attractive. The only downside was the pool and whirlpool which we were really looking forward to using. When we went to the pool, there were unsupervised children who were very noisy, screaming, running and pushing each other even though the signs clearly stated that this behavior was prohibited. My one son, who had been waiting all day to swim, asked to leave because it was so noisy and "wild" that he couldn't enjoy it
