Atlantic House

Room was nice. Enjoyed the patio. Just wish we didn’t have an outside light blaring in at us when trying to relax outside. Enjoyed the mini breakfast offered. So did kids. I just wish they would check on rooms though out our stay. We felt like we were bothering staff so we didn’t ask them to come take our trash, which we had to do as they don’t go in your room to tidy up or anything. Claiming Covid rules. But it’s 2024.

Nice quiet property in the ocean drive. The grounds were nice. We did enjoy the upper deck for awhile….we didn’t like the 3rd floor guests vaping. It looks as though they are rented out by college kids. Rest of the hotel was fine though! Breakfast was simple bagels and cream cheese, coffee. Good enough for a nights sleep!

This is our go to place when visiting kiddos at college. Beautiful location, walkable, super friendly and helpful staff.

The owner was more then generous to my family that were in town for a wedding on checkin / checkout, the rooms were immaculate, the view is unbeatable, thank you

Prime location!! Room was clean and comfortable, having a balcony traveling with kids was a must and such a perfect spot to relax after they went to bed. Front desk staff at check in was excellent, helpful and so patient with my child's umpteen questions. Highly recommend!

Great location for the 4th of July. We got lucky and got the room on the corner on the first floor and could see the fireworks set off from the waters of Town Beach. Was able to get Grub Hub delivery no problem there. The great thing about Atlantic House is that every room has a balcony/porch that faces the water. Great little kitchen area with fridge/freezer and microwave, plus a little coffee pot. Loved the sitting area set up near the windows looking out at the ocean. Due to its location, Atlantic House is a little more expensive than your average hotel, but the location is so worth it. Breakfast was simple (bagels w/ cream cheese, cereal, tea and coffee) but the coffee was piping hot. Had a few interactions with staff and all were great and friendly. There's a communal balcony on the second floor, never looked too busy. Love the huge lawn, I imagine it's great for those with kids. If you're going around the 4th of July, be advised that some restaurants are closed for the day off the 4th, and others you need reservations for, so just need to plan ahead.
