Convenient location, with restaurants and shops in walking distance. The staff were helpful, and the rooms were comfortable. My family enjoyed the indoor pool. I would stay here again.

To start the valet gouged by rear bumper taking the suitcases out of the suv. He apologized but the damage is done. We had to wait over an hour after check in to get our rooms and I had to keep checking on them because they never reached out to me when they were ready. The floors in the rooms were wet and pretty much remained damp for our stay. One of the rooms had the view of the elevator hallway so forget about natural light in the room. The day the maid cleaned the room she picked up the towels we left on the floor for her to change and hung them back up in the bathroom. That’s after I gave her $10 tip when we left the room. The pool was dirty and no one was there to make sure kids weren’t jumping into the pool and creating a dangerous environment. Had to be super careful with my four year old in the pool. The first day when we went to have breakfast everything was good even though it took a long time to get the food. The second day by the time they brought our breakfast to the table everything was cold. So we had cold eggs and bacon that day. We’ve been going to this Marriott for over seven years and it wasn’t because it was inexpensive it was because the service was always good and the staff kept a tidy hotel. Sad to say this is another one of those things you blame on COVID for the change but what it really is that management has dropped the ball. We won’t be returning to this hotel. For $650-$850 a night I can find a better hotel then this.

Let me first start by saying the hotel is beautiful and clean. The check in process was not so good. We checked in via the app and got our room EARLY. We were so excited. In my notes I had asked for non-smoking away from the elevator. We get to our room and it’s the first room outside the elevator. (Strike one) We go down to the front desk and the woman who said she was a “Manager” was rude, stressed out, annoyed, and told me they were completely sold out and she couldn’t do anything. I pushed harder and told her we have kids and my husband is running a marathon and we really needed sleep. After she rolled her eyes she gave us a new room. While this was happening another front desk staff member told our kids that they could come behind the desk and pick out a beanie baby. He could tell I was annoyed and appreciated that! Once we get to our new room, it was no better. They put us on the floor that a wedding was happening AND directly next to the gym. (Strike 2) This really just comes down to her not listening what I was saying and not doing her job. We got in and our bed sheets had a hole in them. (Strike 3) I called down and they said they had no where else to put us. Ok fine. I left it alone. The bottom line is that For $400 a night during OFF SEASON, they need to get their staff in check. Gym, pool and hotel itself are great.
