Hampton Inn Quakertown

We stayed due to proximity to our family, but we were more than pleased. Very clean, friendly staff, tasty coffee! Will stay again!

Stayed for several days. Convenient to visit family in the Philly area. The only downside is there is no room cleaning during our 3 day stay. We’re not messy at all but would have liked freshening up.

3rd time staying. Last 2 were great no complaints. We stayed 2 nights friday and Saturday. 2 front desk worker were extremely rude. Upon arrival, and for 36 hours the trash at the front door overflowing. Clerk (blonde guy pony tail) accused me of using a stolen card. I understand that the card was reported as potential fraud, but i showed him the card and my i.d. this should have cleard it however he continued to speak to me as though I had stolen it. The pool is " open" but not maintained. It was green you could barely see the bottom of the pool. I could not permit my family to risk sickness. The hotel is under construction. (If you go to the website there is a small bar with a exclamation point you have to click the words that say "what to expect when you stay". Once clicked it drops down and gives explination.) However i had no idea the extent would mean not maintained..... Materials and tools being stored out front, under the stairwell and on the stair leading up and down. Plastic hung throughout hotel. Ceiling tile missing. A lot of dust in room around base of beds, but is indicative of poor cleaning from construction. Gym is closed and I approached the clerk on sunday before checkout, to enquire as to whom i need to speak with regaurding these issues. It was stated by the madam that i should have research better and called prior, that she has only been there 2 months and she doesn't know what is working or not. We will not be back.
