I stayed overnight with my family of wife and two kids. The front desk was very friendly. The breakfast was good and price was right as well. A lot of stores were within 10 mins drive as well. Overall we had good experience. Thank you.

The pool was very cold and kids who weren't even registered at the hotel were swimming in the pool and eating in the pool area. One of the members of the front desk came and asked them to leave. After a short confrontation, they finally left. Kudos to the front desk for confronting the problem.

My family and I had a great stay. We were only there for a night, but everyone seemed super nice. Our room was nice and clean and I liked the personal touch with "Welcome (my name) on the TV. The only downside was that the pool was dirty. There was dirt floating on the top of the water and old hair ties on the bottom of the pool. Other than the pool, our visit was great.

I had terrible experience at the hotel. It was partially due to hotel miss-management but more it was because of wrong booking done by Expedia. I reached hotel after driving almost 12 hours from Canada and I found that hotel changed the room type that I had booked. After taking to Expedia for almost 3 hours on phone I was relocated to another hotel in late night. My kids were sick and we had to miss our dinner because all nearby restaurants were closed when we reached the relocated hotel. I have made up my mind NOT TO BOOK thru Expedia in future. Since I am frequent traveler to US, I dont want to experience the same situation next time.

When I booked and called to confirm they told us we are going to get crib for our 4 month old . When we arrived at the property they said they don’t have one , they never had one . We had hard time adjusting our baby in the room. Also booking said we will have pull out couch that was a lie as well . The whole reason we booked there was for a crib and pull out couch .

I stayed herebased off of the reviews....big mistake!!! Walked into the lobby to check in and there were kids running around with toys as well as running behind the front desk to set their toys on the counter. The girl that was at the front desk didn't greet us and was too busy texting to be bothered. I had reserved a king bed...she didn't say anything and handed us our room key. We got up to the room to find two queens. I called down and she stated 'we save the king rooms for people that reserve with us..anyone who reserves through third party sites (hotels.com) gets what is left over.' She was extremely rude and I was not impressed. We were stuck with that room...beds are old and uncomfortable. The air conditioning did not work. The fridge wasn't turned on. There was some kind of lotion smeared all over the bathroom floor. Checking out was even a hassle as they front desk staff act like you are bothering them. I couldn't wait to leave. I will never stay here again and I do not recommend this place to anyone. We travel often and this is 100% the worst Hampton Inn I have ever stayed at

The breakfast is too crowded and all the seats are occupied by children. Housekeeping is poor.

I've always had overwhelmingly positive experiences with Hampton Inn but this location was a big disappointment. Check-in took quite a while as it seemed the employee didn't know how to use the system. My family used the pool one night and the water quality seemed questionable with no filters running. The next morning there was a sign on the pool door that said "Pool it closed. It be open at 10:30" so they must have finally figured out that it wasn't usable, although two days later, a bandaid and other debris that was by the pool last time was still there. There seemed to be quite a few employees but I'm not sure what many of them did as there was always a group of three that congregated around the front desk in addition to the front desk staff. No employees wore any clothes or nametags that showed they worked there. Anytime we interacted with front desk staff they seemed put out by any requests. Our room only had one hook but we noticed that other rooms had a 3-hook rack installed near the door which wasn't present in our room. I'm hoping this location is an exception to the brand and not the new reality.

Person at the desk was very polite and efficient. Checked in with no problem. The carpeting in hallways and furniture are worn and dingy. There was a slight odor in our room. The bathroom, however, looked updated and very clean. Comfortable beds, air conditioner not too loud, nice TV. A bit noisy with kids running in the hallway and doors slamming.

I showed up to the desk ready to check in...we were 3 adults and a 9 year old, with a reservation. The woman behind the desk said that I reserved a handicap room with one bed. I told her that I reserved a room online with 2 beds for 4 people. She blamed me for apparently pressing the wrong buttons. She checked for a better room for us, and said that there was nothing available and nothing else she could do for me since they didn't have cots to add to the room. I left Mad as Hell and tried to find something else down the road. I found a room available, but, I had to spend an extra $100 just to find a king size bed and a couch to sleep on. So I spent over $640, so my daughter and her family could share a bed and I slept on a freaking sofa for 2 nights. I did return to Hampton Inn, about an hour after my first try to check in, just to prove to the lady that I did "press the right buttons online". I showed her my conformation email that showed I would be getting 2 beds for 4 people. She said that there just wasn't anything available. I'm pretty sure that I didn't even get an "I'm sorry"........so Yeah! I'm Mad as HELL after 2 terrible nights on the couch.
