Hampton Inn Danville

I booked thus hotel specifically because it had a hot tub. The kids could swim and I could relax. We all got ready went to the pool area only to find the hot tub caution tapped off. I was a little disappointed. I had been looking forward to it for a week. But the kids had fun, the breakfast was good, and the staff were all friendly.

Kids loved the pool. had a nice time using the lobby in the evening with our large family group.

Hotel is very clean but pool area is very outdated extremely hot and and a little disgusting to me but I get skiddish with public indoor ppols

This is one of the nicest, cleanest and friendliest hotels I have every stayed in. We stayed here while making a trip to Knoebels and it was fantastic. It is only about 18min from Knoebels. The room was spotless, beds were comfy, fridge worked great and was a generous size and there is a really nice desk area with chair plus a comfy chair in the room. Check in and check out were seamless. Staff was so friendly and kind. The breakfast area in the morning was super clean and well appointed with so many different options. Plus there was a staff member constantly refilling things and wiping up. There is also a pool that was just the right size for kids and is open until 10p. Easy to park and get to the rooms. We will definitely be back for our next trip out this way. HIGHLY recommend this Hampton Inn. They definitely set the bar high for others. Thanks for a great stay!

Was unable to take the trip due to illness of family member the day of the trip. Unable to get refund due to late unavoidable change of plans. Won’t make the mistake of booking this way again!

Clean, comfortable, the place to stay near Geisinger Medical Center. Initially we only booked one night but due to family medical issue we ended up having to stay longer. Justin at the front desk was amazing in assisting us during our stay. We would reccomend this hotel to anyone visiting the Danville area.

Whenthe staff or guests went outside for smoke breaks and left the lobby doors open the smell of cigarette came into the dining area which wasnt pleasant while eating breakfast. It also made its way down the first floor and greeted me in the morning when i left my room. Please close the lobby doors. Also, i know it wasnt the staff's fault, but the pool not being open especially during the summer is a major issue. While the pool is closed, maybe consider comps of some kind like ride tickets to Knoebels, coupons for ice cream somewhere close or offer other suggestions for families with kids to do.

Great! We’ve stayed here passing through a handful of times and it is always great. Front desk women was beyond helpful and pleasant. Only downfall was the pool was closed for service but the kids still had a blast!
