We were given our room key & learned the room wasn’t ready for us. Kinda a hassle as she’s were we to do with all our luggage/kids stuff while we waited about hour. Food was left in the fridge, the food spilt out & had a mess to clean up from the get go. Later found things were just not cleaned. Bathroom. The ac was loud & creaky my grandson thought there was a mouse inside & had to turn off the ac to get a good night sleep. Other than this all seemed very routine.

The room is very old and heater unit super loud that it would woke my kids and me up during the middle of night when it kicks on. I’ve stayed in multiple Best Westen facilities. This one is by far in the worst condition.

Our stay was ok. The bathroom light which is also connected to the fan was ridiculously loud. We would try to not even use it because it was so noisy and it would woke our baby up. We probably wouldn't stay here again.

It is a very clean place to stay right off the freeway. I now have a great place to stay each time I come visit family. The bed is SO comfy! I’ve had back surgery and I slept longer than I do at home.

The staff was wonderfully accommodating. We were in town for a family wedding, most of our out of state family stayed here. Many of us had plans change and added additional days one at a time and unfortunately were not able to get the same type of room as we added them. The staff tried to make it as seamless as possible, letting us maintain one room till the other was ready. We greatly appreciate the kindness. They also were gracious enough to allow us to use dining area one evening to decorate cupcakes for the wedding. We will definitely be back when in the area.

We payed extra to have a jacuzzi tub in our room because it was the first time me and my husband were out since my daughter was born a year ago. I was so hoping to be able to relax in it. The jacuzzi was so dirty! The rim was grey with mildew and dirt. You could scrape it with finger nail. It was so thick. The bottom had mysterious stains. The jets had paint off in some places so it was hard to tell if it was just paint missing or they had pink mildew on them. The tile around the tub was coming off. And the tile in front of it was cracked in multiple locations. If you walk barefoot around there you can easily cut your foot because it was sharp. That is your liability hotel. The other bathtub was not any better since the drain had orange mildew around it so definitely not cleaned for awhile. I do understand there are shortages of cleaning stuff in all the hotels but I payed extra for services I did not get to enjoy and that is not fair to me as a customer. If you can’t clean the jacuzzi, you should worn people that they won’t be able to use it and not charge extra! Very upset since with kids and full time jobs we don’t get to get out and do things like this often and it was very expensive for a room that was not clean and falling apart!

The room was spacious and easily held our playpen as well. We enjoyed the breakfast and the kids enjoyed the pool.

Better than the first time I stayed and the hot tub was not working, but kids loved the pool. To many little things wrong from the start.. plastic bag over smoke detector, mold on the roof in the shower. And my key card would only work after trying it 10 times. Even after new keys where made. The gym was decent .

Our stay in Wilsonville was basically to visit with family. We left in the morning and returned in the evening. The room was excellent. We used the indoor pool once and they were gracious by allowing our grandchildren a chance to swim in the dead of winter.
