The front desk was very nice and the person working at the breakfast was on top of things. Always checking food, making sure things were clean, fresh, and helping another family who needed extra help multiple times. Thank you.

Close to the family we visit, easy to get to, but hotel is starting to show a little shabbiness. Carpets need stretching, are very wrinkled in the hallways and in the room as well. Could be a trip hazard for some. Desk chair in our room had very worn upholstery, almost ready to rip apart. Phone didn’t work so we couldn’t call the front desk. Minor things that shouldn't be too expensive to fix. Staff was great. Very friendly and responsive.

We had a great time. The kids loved the pool and cookies. Breakfast was good and every employee was friendly and kind. Will definitely be staying again!

I stayed here while a family member had an overnight stay at St Charles hospital. Super easy to get to and close to the hospital. There's a Safeway nearby (and a few restaurants) for food nearby. It was nice to have a little getaway from hospital stuff, and check in and check out was quick and easy. Breakfast had a nice selection of bacon, eggs, waffles, and other things.

This hotel was dirty. We had soap scum and black mold in our shower. It looked like the bathroom floor was completely left uncleaned from the previous guest. There was hair and dental rubber bands left on the floor. The bedding and bathroom linens were clean at least. There was thick dust built up on a lot of spots including the vent on the hair dryer. Just not super clean. Had it not of been for how long it took to check-in in the first place with two kids waiting to get out of the car, I would have called the front desk to requested a new room, but we cleaned it ourselves and went about our stay. I have worked in the hotel business before, house keeping and front desk and am usually not one to complain on rooms, but this was pretty bad. I would not stay again unless they did a deep clean on the place. Even at check out I had to let the front desk know there was a dead cockroach by the front doors.

The room itself was fine. The location, safety and ambience outdoors was horrendous. The hotel is located next to a homeless camp and the hotel stairway locations were filled to overflowing with trash bags. Checking in was also awful as there was no one at the front desk and we had to go find security to locate and radio in the clerk. Luckily it was a quick overnight stay and not a family vacation. I would definitely not recommend this place for anyone but especially for families.

Hotel is near a couple good coffee shops and some ok restaurants. My biggest complaint is how nasty the carpets are, absolutely terrible WiFi, and the staff put no effort into the large group of parents letting their kids sprint up and down the halls till around 11pm. No requests/complaints were dealt with or even addressed.

First class staff. Very friendly. Treated me like a family member. I will be back.
