The lobby itself was very warm and inviting and had cookies at the front desk, which was a nice surprise for my kids. The continental breakfast was great. The hotel room was great for the price we paid.

The staff was very welcoming. It was a busy weekend there with graduation for Oregon State seniors and families. I felt the staff was well organized and the breakfast was good.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Everything clean and tidy. We love staying here while visiting our grandchildren in Albany. The cookies and lemon are always appreciated.

I’ve been traveling a lot for work and family. This has been the only hotel that the rooms actually are what they appear to be in the pictures. The staff was great, room was clean and comfortable, and nicely laid out. Breakfast was Great! We’ll be back! We stayed in the King Suite.

Our stay was so wonderful. Staff was very helpful and the room was clean and very spacious for our family of 6! We especially appreciated the lady working the breakfast station/room. She was SO friendly and helpful.Which was very nice for first thing in the morning :) will def be staying here again!! Thank you!!

Deserves a 5 I gave it a 4 only because the spa and pool were green and smelly. The sauna is awesome. Breakfast is great! Comfortable rooms. Good resturant next door. I stay here once per month for an overnight getaway with my family and am usually pleased. Too bad about the smelly pool

I like this hotels loation off of I-5south freeway.the pool is lukewarm which is great once i left from the very bubbly hot tub that was nie but the jet spot too foreful and seems close to surface of floor that constantly got wet. also hair and inner ear wet from odd positioning and forcefulness of jet,which is hard to sit back on hot tub wall or be close to jet w/out being sprayed in face and head(that was not relaxing)however wood designed walls in pool/saunna is woodsy naturalist design.like the convience of pool side showers.small but neat workout room w/tv and water cooler however it was empty 8-5-12. the 2bed suit is good size for family of six w/pool out couch.room neatclean which iam a stikler for cleanliness especially in places i stay.only down sides are one breakfeast is standered hot contenetal eggs are liquid,pastry,fruit,cereal,and i believe they had waffle maker.decent sie breakfeast area.Staff polite,helpful.point #2 the decore in bathroom starting to peel for it is wall pappered walls.caulking in shower tub unit show sign of rust spots.deore is adequte but not homey nor modern.looks like a mass produced hotel look.however for one night stay with expedia's discounted rate plus use of my expedia coupon my family stayed at a suitable hotel in the city of Albany,oregan.great place for breakfeast is Elmers German pancakes signiture dish their.Dinner was great had peppred steak big and moist which is hard to find in a resturant.good service,clean place.not pricey.
