We requested a crib and the one they brought to us looked like it had stained poop on the mattress. Was very dirty. We then kindly requested for a pack and play instead since they mentioned they had one. Once it arrived, the pack and play mattress was completely broken and snapped in thirds. It was not safe to use. So we returned it to them. They did not. Apologize for the inconvenience. I had even called ahead of time to make sure that they had a crib because it was something they'd listed on their travelocity and advertised. Fortunately we had brought the spare pack and play for infant to use. But how do we not done that We would not have had a safe or viable that option for him. Pool was way too cold to use. I had also called ahead of time before booking to see in their free breakfast if they had gluten-free options for family members. I did not expect them to provide that, but they assured me numerous times that they had lots and lots of options for someone who is gluten- free. I asked ahead of time what they had and they listed numerous things. When we got to the breakfast there was very limited, if anything, gluten-free available for my family members and it was frustrating because again I did not expect that and normally I prepare but they had reassured me before visiting that they could accommodate us.

I spent almost $600 on a 2 night stay. I was happy to see the picture of the pool as one of my goals for a stay is a pool where my kids can swim a bit. They tried the pool but it was very uncomfortably cold. My grand-daughter asked twice at the desk about the temperature. Both times the desk gave her a reason for that temperature which didn't make sense. My kids were never able to enjoy that part of our stay.

My wife and I booked a 2 night stay at this location through Expedia. After the first night my wife had a medical emergency and we had to leave early. We checked out just after noon and were billed and given a receipt for one night and told that we could call Expedia, and they’d call the hotel to verify that we only stayed one night. After that, they said we’d be refunded for the second night that we didn’t stay for. When we called, they denied any knowledge of that conversation and kept the money for the night we didn’t stay for. I sincerely hope that the one night that this location kept is worth the lack of business for all of my family and friends’ lifetimes. Terrible use of discretion, and a complete lack of understanding and leniency.

Everything was great, particularly the awesome breakfast buffet, which our kids loved. The only negative was the pool is NOT heated at all. Come on, it is an indoor pool, heat it.

Traveling with a baby, it is ALWAYS fresh on our minds to check smoke detectors. Our room had a shower cap over the smoke detector which obviously got missed while cleaning. That is a SAFETY ISSUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I made my reservation online & was shown a room with a kitchen, called to confirm 2 times & confirmed with Cynthia that I was all set with my kitchen room with 2 queens & a hide a bed. The day of my arrival I received a call from Larry who said the room I reserved was too damaged & they couldn't have us stay there. He offered me 2 rooms instead I pulled over off the road & spent an hour trying to find a room elsewhere at short notice & couldn't, so I called back & reluctantly took the 2 room offer. From the time I checked in, to the time we left, we had to keep having our room keys reprogramed, the AC unit in my room was not good at all, the shower in my kids' room would cut off halfway thru their showers. My room had dirty linens (blood stain on the comforter covered by a sheet) & broken phones in the rooms. they do not answer outside phone calls in the evening so we were just stuck with it. I tried to open the window but it was DISGUSTING & moth filled with holes so then we were chasing down moths. This was the most unrelaxing vacation I have ever had. When I slipped in the bathroom and told them I hurt myself I was asked why I have an accent. I am from CA, I have no accent. The maid banged on my door at 9:30 am a day early & told me I am checking out. I told her I am paid thru the next day. I called the GM on Monday & she was so rude & does not care, literally blamed me for everything like it was my fault they messed up. This place is a wreck & needs to train the team.

We spent the night here while on a house hunting trip in Albany. The staff was friendly, the room clean and comfortable with comfortable beds. The hot breakfast is always a nice bonus for families on a budget. We did not see/use the pool as it was closed for repairs. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was run down in areas. The breakfast was good, but the counters and tables were constantly dirty. Our hallway smelled like weed and was hard to inside to the smell especially with kids. I also noticed the security cameras in the parking lot seemed broken. They were pointing down rather than at the lot. It made me feel unsafe. The pool and hot tub area also needed attention. The deck was never mopped and there weren’t many towels, if any.

Chose this hotel because it had a pool area for the kids to burn energy after so much time in the car and for the included breakfast. Pool was CLOSED both days we were there (we were not told until arrival) and the continental breakfast was not good. Room was small but clean - service was friendly. We would have stayed somewhere else if we had known the pool was closed.
