Residence Inn by Marriott Stillwater

The man in charge of the kitchen was so nice and kind. My family loved the food he made especially the Biscuits and Gravy …He makes you want to come back. A plus employee with a GREAT SMILE….Thanks again

Very disappointed in this Marriott property. The property was a bit old and everything was outdated. The service was blah and when I requested assistance with the army of kids above me playing football, they told me nothing could be done. I would not recommend staying here and would not stay here.

I booked on an app, arrive to hotel and staff says that the app canceled my room due to overbooking. I explained that we were here with my sons special olympics team and didn’t want to be relocated as this is an end of year celebration. I had booked 4 weeks prior to arrival. I immediately called Expedia where I was informed that they had not canceled my reservation, in fact, the hotel location I was at had canceled. After being on the phone for just shy of an hour, a room suddenly became available. Check in was at 3pm, but at 4pm the room still wasn’t ready. So, we made the best of it and the kids all went swimming while we waited. It was well after 5pm before we could check in. We got into our room and shortly after found out that the a/c was leaky. It had leaked so much that the floor was soaking wet and the room that shares a was wall also soaked so much so that the dresser was wet 6”-8”. There were small bugs in the shower, a dirty comb on the floor right under the sink, dirty towels hanging in the bathroom, dirty plate in the sink, and food trash in the pull out sofa. I’m not sure if this is typical service for this location or if they were overbooked and understaffed, but for $270 per night I feel like my expectations were much higher for this hotel than the reality of what I got.

We stayed here for 6 days. It was AMAZING. The suite was huge. It had everything we needed to keep four busy kids entertained. The breakfast was wonderful. Lots to choose from (fresh waffles, fruit, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, etc). The staff...omg, THE BEST. I have never felt so welcome and happy to be at a hotel. It was truly a great trip. Price was awesome too. We look forward to staying there again next year.

Stayed for two nights for my sons wedding and they were amazing to deal with. Let all of our family hang out in the big lobby area and enjoy visiting and catching up!
