I’ve stayed here several times on business and to see my kids at OSU. Staff is always friendly and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. It’s close to the university, food, and shopping.

General seating area by the fireplace very inviting and comfortable for visiting with fiends and family. Breakfast was really good. Checkin desk super friendly and helpful.

My husband and I stayed here while visiting family for the Thanksgiving holiday. Overall this was a nice place to stay. It was super quiet, clean, and the staff was very friendly. The beds were a little too soft for our liking, but we enjoy a fairly firm bed. For those renting a room with a whirlpool bathtub, only 1 jet in ours worked & it didn’t have the greatest pressure. I personally recommend saving your money, and going with a normal tub.

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel was beautiful and ultra clean. The staff was super friendly. Our room and bed was extra comfortable. The breakfast was very good and the staff’s pride in their work showed. We will be back and will share our great experience with family and friends.

I need it coins for laundry and CS Katie went the extra mile she lend me some dollar bills from her own pocket. She commented "Mom taught me to always be ready to help when people in need" Wow, good job on Mom raising good kids as the world need more like her. I made something special for her, Thank You card, money back plus something extra for her excellent customer service. Happy Canadian Customer.
