This was my second time to stay here (the first time was with my family) and I will likely stay here again. It is clean, safe, and friendly (and the breakfast was outstanding!)

They gave me a room right by the elevators. It was so noisy between the kids running in the hall, people shouting at each other and the room above stomping and dropping stuff it was hard to sleep. The beds were hard and really uncomfortable. The room was old, musty and outdated. The carpet was dirty and not vacuumed. They didn't even have regular black tea at the breakfast. I have stayed in many Hampton Inns including the one in Bartlesville OK and had a great experience. I would definitely not recommend staying at this hotel.

Very attentive. Got to the hotel during tornado watch. Staff helped calm my scared kids and informed us what to do if a tornado hit. Great breakfast too. Will definitely stay at Hampton again.

We asked to be moved multiple times when we complained about the people above us. The front desk made it out to be me and my family were lying. After the 4th time of complaining and asking to be moved to a different room we checked out of the hotel at midnight and checked into a hotel 3 miles down the road. It was much quieter and we could get sleep!

We checked in and received the wrong room (1 king bed) for a family of 4. All you have to do is look at the reservation details to see that's going to be a problem. When I asked for another room, they said they were all booked up. My room reservation was for a Double Room King Bed. Apparently, that is just a king bed or they overbooked and gave my room away that I had reserved 45 days earlier. This all happened at 12:00am. Not returning to or recommending this hotel EVER.
