The front desk staff was super helpful and nice! Very pleasant to talk to. The property is really pretty. Breakfast at the restaurant was just ok and the host was not great. Overall, my kids really liked the hotel and we would stay there again (we would just do breakfast elsewhere :)).

When i got to my room a refrigerator was sitting outside. Inside my room i did not have one i had to call and request one. There was tons of dust in my room. I stayed 2 days and no one cleaned my room.i had some onions i threw away the 1st night that were never dumped. The next morning when i left my room there was soiled linens laying in the hall outside my room and no one around. I felt like i was staying in a slaves quarter's. I was hoping that while i was gone someone would at minimum dump the trash but i was wrong. That night i struggled falling asleep with the smell from the onions that were still in the room. I was too exhausted to call for house keeping so i just checked out and went home early the next morning. I never got a statement summary for my room service or parking. When checking out i was just rushed so i didn't ask. I would for the price i paid for my two nights i was extremely disappointed. The only thing good was that server at breakfast she was very nice and attentive she engendered me from the day before and knew what i liked. Also the maintenance guy was very nice when he brought my a be refrigerator. He took the mystery one outside my room away. I attended a conference and just wanted a few nights alone from my family to relax. My stay not only robbed me financially but ruined my once in a life time chance to relax without my mommy duties.
