The hotel was clean and well kept, in a nice area and walking distance to quite a few things. The town was oddly unpopulated and quiet, but the staff was very nice and accommodating. My only complaint is the beds were very small. With a family of 4, two being children - there was very little room in the bed for us to comfortably sleep. I understand they are trying to save space for the hotel rooms, but at least a king and one double would have been much better.

The property was very clean and the rooms were updated. The only down side was the room did not have a microwave and when traveling with small kids the microwave is key.

The toilet was broken for the entire first day, fortunately for us we spent the day out and didn’t have to use it, but it could be a problem traveling with kids and being a family of 4…

It was a quiet atmosphere. No kids running up and down the hallway, no loud music playing at all times of the night. No rowdy people.

The location of the hotel is great. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff was outstanding. A couple of negatives that would probably make me reconsider staying here again… the bathroom was so small that it was almost impossible to be in the bathroom and close the door. I am 100lbs so for me to say this means it was very snug. The bed in double rooms were full size and very tiny. It would be hard for a family of four to share the two beds. Lastly, the AC unit made a terrible noise the entire time it ran. We called maintenance but after an hour, no one came.

Took 2 grandkids to an Oklahoma City Thunder game. This hotel is always my first choice. Property is very clean, very comfy beds & the staff is awesome!

We stayed there for a couple of nights at the end of a family Thanksgiving visit. Room was nice with a limited view of the skyline and other high-rise buildings. Great location near Bricktown and Centennial Park. I missed the briefing about needing to request maid service if staying more than one night.
