We stay here several times a year, while visiting our children. Always happy with the staff pricing.

I didn’t like that I arrived with my family expecting a 2 queen bed room since I had 2 children and only room available was a single king.

We were in town for a doctors appointment and to visit with family. It was a good trip and the hotel was fine. Only thing they we’re running out of breakfast items when we ate

Smallest, basic hotel room we have ever been in. We had a kingside bedroom for us and our two babies with pack n plays. The room was so small. We could barely walk once pack n plays were set up. Only provided us with 3 pillows, 2 towels. There was not a dresser. Ended up storing everything in the bathroom bc there was no space, and our toddler likes to grab everything. Fed the kids on the desk bc they said they didn’t have highchairs downstairs in the breakfast area No microwave, ice container or coffee maker. The hotel key would not work after first time.

When we got to the hotel, they asked if I was a Hilton honors member. She acted like she was looking it up. Never told me any different. She didn't add our stay to our honors #. The hotel is clean and very inviting. In the rooms, I could not sleep; all the traffic noise was horrible. Got no sleep! When down for breakfast, and they wouldn't serve us anymore pancakes, there were 5 of us. Never had this happened before. I was 20 minutes before closing, but I have never been told that they were no longer serving breakfast as long as there were people ready to eat, they have always served. Then my granddaughters forgot their toothbrushes, and so I sent them to the front desk to ask for one. The lady told them they didn't have any and told the girls to go outside the hotel and go next door to the other hotel and ask them for the toothbrushes. Now keep in mind these are kids, girls, under 12 years. She wanted them to go outside alone to get something that they should have had. I was super disappointed with this hotel. With this being a Hilton sister hotel was a total disappointment!

We stay here when we visit family in OKC and it’s been great each time, until now. Before we even arrived at the hotel, I called to confirm and they told me to call back twice because “they were too busy.” On the second call, after telling me they couldn’t help me, they decided they actually could spare 45 seconds to confirm our reservation. Our room was seriously so gross. Found two pieces of trash in the room, hand prints on the wall in an oil substance (let’s assume the worst), eyelashes stuck to the door, dirty tables, and tons of gross stuff between the bed and headboard. Honestly not even sure if the sheets were actually washed, or if the bed was just made after the last guest left. The towels looked suspicious. The floor we were staying on smelled extremely bad in the hallway.

What is the point of reserving a room a week in advance only to be told at check in it is not available? The room that was given did not have the same options as the one I reserved and no attempt was made to offer a better room at no additional cost for the inconvenience. You could have notified me before I was checking in that the room I reserved was not available. Also I was not given a paper copy of my receipt to show all the "extra" taxes/fees outside of the normal state tax. The pancake machine was broke, there were no donuts, and the bread that was available was extremely stale and hard and dry!!! The sausage had been sitting out for a very long time and was way beyond cooked and extremely dry. Which pretty much left just cereal. I didn't get to sit and enjoy my breakfast as no staff members were at the front desk, so the phone just rang non stop then entire time I was eating breakfast There was no microwave in the room. The soap and lotion "tube" is impossible for a kid to use without squeezing it hard enough to get soap/lotion out without half the soap coming out of the tube. The wooden bed frame support was way to large for the mattress, so every time I got out of bed my shins or something else was dragging across the edge of the wood frame, that felt great. There was no closet storage, just a bench under the TV. only positive was there was plenty of parking & as it is a very new hotel, it was still overall clean. I did not use the gym or pool to provide feedback.
