Embassy Suites by Hilton Oklahoma City Northwest

The hotel was clean, inviting, and I loved the curtains in the rooms. The view was beautiful and the room was immaculate! It was comfortable, the front desk staff were amazing (Trinity and Laura are who we interacted with the most), and I LOVED the evening reception (cocktail hour). Each room is allotted two drinks per night, and the atmosphere was wonderful. When we left and came back to the room, our towels had been replenished as well. The amenities were outstanding and my family and I enjoyed our stay thoroughly! The only very minor complaint I had was that the bed in our room was just slightly uncomfortable, and the remove control to the tv was a bit frustrating. It wouldn't allow us to get to a guide channel and the volume on the remote wouldn't allow the tv to be turned down below 11. Aside from that, it was a fantastic stay, and I can't wait to stay here again!

Always clean, always consistent, always lots of travel team sports kids. Even so, as retirees this is our “regular” hotel in OKC and we highly recommend it. We ask for a room at the end of the hall and eat late breakfast - no complaints!

Great hotel, one room fit family of four.

We tend to have our go to hotel when visiting OKC. Made a switch here for the weekend, and my family had a great experience. The breakfast was delightful, and fresh. The room was clean. My kids loved our name on the tv.

They are honest, one of our family lost Apple Watch during breakfast. They found it and gave it to us at checkout. Thank you. Big and clean room, breakfast a lot to choose. We loved it

Although it is an older establishment, the recent renovation made this hotel as one of the most comfortable and luxurious hotels in OKC. The rooms are simply huge, the bathrooms look nice with good water pressure, the beds are very comfortable and all in all in a perfect location for individuals and families for business or leisure trips. I lived in many other 5-star hotels and this is certainly worth taking a look! Oh, I forgot to mention about breakfast- fabulous!

My wife and kids loved the hotel! The only issue is that the tub stopper was rusted and broken.

Highly recommend! The rooms are remarkably spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was ample and offered high quality, delicious items. Our group of 10 was very impressed and everyone was sad to leave. Excellent choice for families and large groups.

Suites were very nice. like living in a small condo. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable. Restrooms well laid out, clean and plenty of room. Our family especially liked the free made to order breakfast every day. It was great. The only thing I didn't like, couch was uncomfortable. Overall great place to stay. Would give it 5 stars

I was on 11th floor and elevator wait was horrible and had to take stairs several times after waiting for elevator for over 15 minutes. 3 fire trucks showed up on our last day and were carrying axes and my family had to take stairs again when checking out of hotel
