Staff mis informed us about breakfast time frames. We had a little child in crutches and arrived a 9 am for breakfast bc we were told at check in that it was served till 10am. Staff refused to serve us stating breakfast was over at 9 am and they proceeded to put all food away. We complained to front desk who basically had the attitude of who cares they didn’t! We canceled our next nights stay and went to another hotel with friendlier staff!!!!

Booked 2rooms Hot water went out in 1 room and had to let other family members use our room totake a shower front desk was getting a little rude with my wife because they wouldn't make other accommodations for our family And we couldn't swim in the pics on website looks indoors but it's not

Spring break trip with the kiddos and it was great. Everything was comfortable, clean, and up to date. The lobby area was stunning.

Very poor experience with customer service when needing to reschedule due to serious illness in family, when there was ample availability and was simply hoping to switch, not outright cancel. Expedia and the hotel played phone jockey with me for half an hour before one of them finally admitted they weren’t interested in actually helping. Won’t be booking with this brand again.

My parents are very od fashion and have not stayed in a hotel since the 80,s. My father was having a kidney removed early the next morning. There was an amazing Lady name Linda who was not only very friendly, but helped show my parents arounf their room and how to work everything. She helped my mom with her luggage, got them ice and delivered it to the room, and helped mom map out places nearby for my dad to have a chicken fried steak as he wished the night before surgery. She was a true blessing and I am so thankful she was there for them!!!

We had a very enjoyable stay. Hotel and room were clean, breakfast was good and the kids enjoyed the pool. Easy access to highways. Would stay here again.

They didn't want to except my ID because it was paper, I hadn't received my plastic on yet, the man was hateful about it. Then wanted me to pay for the room again I had a receipt saying it was paid in full. The man said it didn't matter what the receipt said we needed to pay if we wanted to stay. I had driven over four hours. The assistant and general manager stood by and watched this man treat my family like trash and did nothing. I will never stay at another Best Western. They made me feel beneath them.

This was the cleanest hotel I have stayed in in a long while. Staff was nice. I will recommend them to friends and family.
