Holiday Inn Express & Suites Glenpool-Tulsa South, an IHG Hotel

Absolutely gorgeous hotel with excellent and helpful staff. My family thinks this might be the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. So clean and comfortable. Thanks. :)

The room appeared clean. But it smelled like mildew. The carpets were stained with bleach. Listing says soundproof but we could hear kids screaming in the room next door. Pool is very small and always very busy.

We booked this hotel with a family wedding in mind. So, many groups of people stayed at this hotel and we used a conference room for our rehearsal dinner. Every aspect was wonderful and the staff was always helpful.

I would not recommend this hotel! We came here as a relatively inexpensive stop on our way down to Texas. We went to sleep early with the kiddos. We woken up at 10:45 and the pounding and running noise did not stop till after midnight. The rooms have no noise control. The beds are very firm and do not lend themselves to a comfortable nights sleep. The room is spacious. That is the only good thing I could say.

Got to the hotel about 15 before check in(245) didn’t get a room till close to 4 o clock, I have a special need child and that hour seems like eternity. I watched at least 4 families come in after me and get their rooms. I don’t plan on ever staying there again.

All staff was so friendly & very welcoming. I was alone with my baby and the cleaning lady helped us on to the elevator and offered to escort us all the way to our room to help with the luggage. So kind of her to offer!

The hotel was perfect for our family, as well as many others. The evening was packed with several groups, which was fine for us, but want to mention it in case this would bother others. Note the hot tub is no longer there. Although the pool water was chilly, but didn't bother our Littles. Receptionist was professional, but NOT friendly. Breakfast was complementary and more than expected. Thank you.

This was a nice, newer property with decent-sized rooms. I definitely have a few notes though. The shower head was great, but the bathroom was dim and hard to get ready in. Traveling with a family, I tend to prefer having the sink outside the bathroom so more people can do things. Breakfast had more options than some hotels but was still underwhelming. Guests were complaining about the lack of coffee. The cinnamon rolls weren’t bad. My family would prefer a waffle maker over pancake machine since the waffles are usually more substantial and are better quality. Ultimately, I wish hotels would just focus on upping the quality of the basics—better quality breads, juices, etc. For cereals, I don’t understand why so many hotels have 2-3 flake cereals. If you don’t like one, you probably don’t like the other(s). Replacing one with a Cheerios or Rice Krispies would give more variety and probably appeal to more kids too.
