It appears there is no insulation. We could hear people above walking around very loudly & could hear every person (child) talking in the hallway.

I couldn’t understand the clerk or why I was charged extra. The elevator was broken and I had to tote my baby and all of our suite cases up 4 flights of stairs. And I also have a handicap child in a wheel chair.

It was extremely difficult to check in. There was 1 attendant with 7 ppl in line. She was obviously overwhelmed. We also had several issues with the room The door trim was so bad light from the hallway flooded the room, the smok3 detector flashed an extremely birght LED ligh every 10 seconds, the hottub was so out of water the jets couldn't function and breakfast was so crowded the kids had to sit in the floor.

Friendly staff, perfect location, the pool is clean, good breakfast. I felt safe at this hotel and in this area. Stay here if you have kiddos! I will most definitely be staying here again (:

The rooms were spacious and clean. The kids enjoyed the pool as long as the front desk lady wasn’t in there griping to not splash the water out. And the same front desk lady was rude to the children in our group and some of the adults. We had a staff member call a child stupid for accidentally spilling dry cereal one morning.

My particular room 314 did not have the light in the bathroom working behind the mirror. It was very dark in there which may have contributed to the fact that it was not cleaned well. The blow dryer looked like it has not been wiped clean of fingerprints etc in some time. There was something on the side of vanity that needs to be wiped clean. I ended up with no conditioner but extra lotion. And there was water under the vanity in the corner. The rest of the room appeared to be fine. The hotel was completely booked as a conference was in town apparently with children involved maybe. Breakfast the next morning with to be served until 10am. I arrived around 9:20 to find there was no gravy from go with the few hard biscuits. There was some items to fix a breakfast burrito. A tiny bit of oatmeal left. No waffle mix. And just a few items. Some arriving after me asked if there was more OJ , milk, waffle batter etc and was told no. Many people came through and picked over what was left and the like around 9:55 someone came and dumped some potatoes and milk and juice out. It was very disappointing that they did not provide what they advertise.

The front desk staff was terrible upon arrival. It was a very busy night in Tulsa. I called that day and prior to booking to verify the pool was open. When we checked in staff said the health dept shut it down. I can down to the pool and looked. The sign said the pool had been closed for several days. When the front desk person saw me looking she almost yelled at me from the hotel bar for stopping to read the sign. She proceeded to argue with me in front of my kids while we waited for the elevator. All while she sat in the bar. I paid almost 3x what the regular rate was for the night and added a second room totalling $440. It was extremely disappointing. Then when Hotels.com attempted to recitfy the situation the hotel demanded the pool was available. If staff changes were made the hotel would be great.

When we checked into our room everything seemed clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and check-in was a breeze. When I went into the bathroom it didn't take long to notice the dried urine on the toilet seat. It was obvious the cleaning staff did not touch or even consider cleaning the toilet. In my opinion that should be the first thing someone should clean when starting to clean the bathroom. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that they may have forgotten to clean it. Upon entering the shower the first thing I saw was a woman's fake fingernail just sitting on the corner soap shelf in the shower, very disgusting!!! There was a total of 3 of us and we brought our 2 labs with us; we had already settled in and we didn't want to pack everything up and move to a different floor where they offered to send us. We were tired from driving 12 hours, had to wake up early the next morning, and we had family members coming to visit us, so we just stayed in the room. Our dogs would not walk across the tile floors, so we used the carpeted stair well at the end of the building and it was also very convenient to our room, parking lot, and the dog area. While walking down stairs to take our dogs outside I noticed a nails on the stairs and also some big staples. This really did it for me because if one of my dogs would have stepped on one of the nails I would have been very upset to say the least. I will not stay here again, and will rethink staying at a La Quinta again.
