Easy to get to/easy to get to family, church, shopping/convenient-complimentary parking, very friendly-helpful front desk and breakfast room staff

Good stay for our big family rooms clean and food yummy

Front Desk attendant was great. Asked us what floor we wanted. This allowed our entire family to be together on one floor.

We arrived late, still were given great hospitality with a room change request of shower to shower/ tub room change. Visiting family in the area the hotel was a great place to have family visit us in hotel.

Convenient to regional travel that I was doing. Visiting several towns nearby. Enjoyed use of public space in the lobby to visit with family in the area.

It was frustrating that we asked for a roll away and was told it would be in our room when we arrived. Then upon check in was told there was no room for a roll away in our room and we couldn’t have one. However, there was enough room for a few roll aways so I went down and asked to have one and the lady was alittle snotty and told me no at first, but the young man politely said he was probably the one that told me over the phone I could have one, so she agreed to get us one. We traveled several hours and was very tired but didn’t get a roll away until almost 10:00 at night. Traveling with kids isn’t always easy and everyone was tired, we arrived alittle before check in and was told we had to wait until 3:00(understandable!) but I would have appreciated after traveling so far being able to go to sleep and not having to wait up for a bed.

They are always the best choice for our family.
