Hilton Garden Inn Ardmore

My family and I enjoyed the area and the hotel! We will return!

We stayed as a family of four and enjoyed every bit of it. Friendly staff and smiling faces, clean and comfortable.

We arrived at 3pm Sunday for checking 1 out of 3 room were ready for check in the front deck explain that they were short-staffed and housekeeping and that they would call or text when our rooms are ready at 5:00 p.m. the other two rooms were not available for check-in I asked to speak to a manager in the front desk clerk was very rude stating that check-in was at 4:00 p.m. pointed at the sign on the wall I explained to her that the hotel online stayed at 3:00 p.m. check-in she was very rude and told me that I could speak with Management in the morning cuz she couldn't get in the internet and changed the check-in time but clearly that I could see that it was 4:00 p.m. on the wall I did speak to management in the morning they they will reduce the amount on our night stay and gave me complimentary or free breakfast but overall some of the rooms were gross still bathrooms by the pool were disgusting in the hot tub smell of rotten eggs other than that we had an amazing time with our family trying to make a best of the horrible first day of our visit.
