Didn't have enough towels, only have us 1 more towel when we needed 2, we needed another planket and sheet also since they didn't have a room with 3 beds or a fold out. Didn't get a extra blanket or sheet either. Online when i booked it showed a outdoor pool and my kids were looking forward to swimming. Get checked in and the pool is gross and closed for maintenance. If it would have said that online i would have never booked at this hotel. The shower curtain was literally broke in several places not even fully hanging. They wouldn't replace it. For some reason it's not letting me add pics. If it decides to work I'll add them later. Right now it won't let me

Good stay! Had a family member having a procedure done at Mercy hospital in town. This hotel is very adequate for this purpose, near several restaurants. Summer in Oklahoma, AC was cold and on when we arrived which is great! No USB charging ports, so a little dated, bring charging blocks. No elevator, so if anyone can't climb stairs, request a 1st floor room. Super nice staff at the front desk!

The room was huge. There were 5 of us and the 2 queens with a single sofa bed was perfect. There were food crumbs under the desk but that was the only room complaint we have. Unfortunately after the wonderful night sleep we went down for breakfast and the gravy for the biscuits was runny like milk and after making several waffles for the kids we discovered we needed to eat them with spoons as they had no forks. Breakfast goes till 9am but at 8am they were out of almost everything and wouldn’t replenish anything. Coffee was good though.

I liked the availability during our stay, we needed a place to go last minute. I was very unhappy with the action plan when tornado sirens sounded in Ardmore. My family retreated to lobby and to my surprise the staff had no plan, and no information as to where we should shelter. And then we spent rest of the time there with no power. Very scarey uncomfortable stay

I booked this hotel to attend my sons baby shower. Only 1 night. The 1st issue was the toilet wouldn’t flush properly & had to get a plunger late at night to fix it. The next day upon getting ready to check out, I killed 2 spiders in the bathroom, then found ants all over the desk & our belongings. I notified & showed pictures upon check out & the lady was nice & apologetic. Upon arriving home I reached out & left a message for the manger to discuss the issues had. After several days, no return call, I called again & the person on the phone was relaying from the manager, who would not get on the phone, saying I was lying & just trying to get money. I explained this wasn’t the case, I had proof & had a discussion at check out. I was only requesting my pet deposit back as a fair compensation. I was told no. I called again the next day & spoke to the original lady I showed the pics to. She said she would talk to her and call back. Nope! I do not recommend. Room smelt like smoke too.

I reserved this room a month or so before our stay date. Pool is closed, dirty, drained, and completely unusable. Breakfast options were next to nothing. As were snacks and drinks. Staff was kind of rude. Upon checking in, I was greeted by a man who was somewhat nice but was clearly bewildered that my husband, myself and our 4 kids (ages 9 - 16) were staying there. Behind him were 2 lady staff members arguing about a stain. One of those ladies came to the desk and immediately told me the rules of the place which included, breakfast is between 6 and 9. Absolutely no food is to be brought back to the room and absolutely no visitors. Which, I understand but, there wasn't even a hello ma'am, welcome to our establishment. We were only staying there to sleep as we were visiting family. Which I had already told the man earlier. Later that night, I came down to ask the same man for a pillow. He questioned why I needed another pillow. I just repeated myself. I had been driving all day and went to my nephews 4 hour long football game soon after arrival. He went to the back and grab me what looked like the reject pillow. I asked for a pillow case, he just shrugged his shoulders. I reserved a double bed with a pull out sofa because we had multiple children with us. The pull out couch said it sleeps 2 online. It was smaller than a twin size. The matress was unraveled and you can clearly see springs sticking out. We just used the sofa part. On of the double beds boxspring was sunk in.

My room is absolutely disgusting. It looks like it has not been cleaned at all. The walls have thick grime and stains all over them, there's a hole in my bathroom door where there's supposed to be a lock, the carpet is ripped up around the front door and you havw to slam the door shut hard to make it close. There was a man hanging around in the lobby when we checked in staring at my children and the staff very loudly announced my room number. Where when I went to my room, that same man was sitting by my door!! So unsafe and now i feel so nervous and uneasy. I want my money back and i want to LEAVE!

From the moment we drove up we knew we chose the wrong place to stay. First thing you see is there disgusting pool that was green and not been cleaned. Then we walkwd in to the lobby to check in and the smell of cat urine hits you. Smelled terrible. Check in proscess was slow man was having a hard time answering my sister in laws questions. There were children running all over the first floor making lots of noise. When it was my turn to check in kids came up behind me and were standing there i asked if they were his kids and he said no and he asked the kids what they wanted and they said toilet paper butt head. Then there mother walked thru the door and asked why the little a**holes didnt open the door for her. We were like wow. Went up stairs to our room and we took the stairs because there is no elevator. We decided to go in back door closer to our room. Back trash can was over full and trash all over the ground and the whole weekend didnt get changed. The stairs in the back where dirty and had no lights so it was dark. Upper hall way was hot and smelled terrible. Our room was simi clean beds where half made and bed skirt was all tucked in under mattress. Room never cooled off during the day very hot. Thank goodness i travel with a fan. Bathroom shower curtian had a big red stain. Beds not comfortable. Pull out couch in our other room had a huge brown stain on it and mattress was cut open. They didnt use it. The breakfast was gross they leave the bread out day afterday.

Was not given the room we reserved. We chose this hotel due to the 6 person suite for our family. When we arrived we were told they did not have any of the suites available. I reserved the suite a month before our trip. Water leak in the hall for 3 days while we were there and was never fixed. Also made walking from the carpet to tile very dangerous. Pool was closed throughout our stay. Hall smelled of mildew the whole time as well. Breakfast as provided but showed a lack of cleanliness as well as attention to supplies.

We showed up and they charged us for our infants which normally doesn’t happen. They got us in our room which was supposed to have a double couch pull out. It was a single not a double. They description says double and fits 4 people. The guy argued with me and proceeded to show me the description on his computer to prove his which said double and proved mine. He then walked me down to the room and made me prove it to him so I showed him the bed. He then didn’t want to give me another room because he would have to clean the one he first put us in. We had a couple minute stand off before he put us in new room. Upon further inspection the whole hotel needs work. We found old clothes from someone else in room, all the smoke detectors were cut off or had bags over them. Our first door did not latch shut without pulling up on the door. Our kids wanted to swim so we go to the pool, hallway smelled extremely moldy and soon found standing water in hall that led to pool. Then the pool was dark green so we couldn’t swim as the chemicals were definitely off. Overall not great experience.
