Holiday Inn Express & Suites Sidney, an IHG Hotel

I am particular about the places I stay in away from home. Very nice clean hotel. The staff was very pleasant and the breakfast was filling. Loved the pancake maker, Would stay there again and recommend to family and friends.

Well the lady Jessica who was working the check in shift, seemed racist or just had an issue with well just about everything. She had a poor, rude attitude from the time myself and another family walked in the doors. Told another family, that maybe she needed to be more careful in booking her room online if she didn’t know what she was doing! Then I feel bad, because they only booked with this hotel to be close to us. She was nasty to our WELL BEHAVED 12 year old girls! Yelled at them literally for having a Powerade with a lid on it in the pool area on a table! Since when can you not have drinks in the pool area!? When I asked for a second key for my girls, she rolled her eyes and told me as long as my kids weren’t running in the hallways and acting like “idiots”! Like, excuse me!?? If Jessica wasn’t the one at the counter then everything would of been amazing! The morning staff was way better!!! They were sweet! Probably want to re think if Jessica is who you want representing your hotel for your guest first experience! She ruined it for a few of us! Myself alone, had two families book rooms with you guys for our Sunday morning volleyball tournament.. if Jessica is still working here, we will gladly take our business next door! Thank you

Great location and very up to date and clean hotel! Gym was perfect for my needs! Pool area was enjoyed by the whole family and continental breakfast had a great selection for all of us.
