My family comes back to this hotel in Amish country every year. The place is always clean and comfortable. The staff is always available, welcoming and, friendly. The pool and hot tub is great and they have a warm restroom/shower/changing room inside so you don't walk out wet or cold with your children. It's in the middle of Berlin, so if you like you can walk to the stores and restaurants. See you next year!

My family and I enjoyed our stay here! The morning breakfast is very good and has a lot of options . The pool and hot tub are okay also . Very nice rooms and plenty of things to do around the hotel - shopping , eating , and site seeing!

A bus load of Amish high school kids stayed and caused a ruckus all night long up and down the hallway with no supervision.

The hotel was nice and clean but the staff/manager did a terrible job managing a situation that included young children, one which was my 8 year old son. An unruly guest made the kids time in the pool pretty awful, and when she complained about how noisy the kids were while swimming, she also splashed water on one of our mothers and cussed her out in front of the children. The manager allowed her to stay for free because she complained she wasn’t able to enjoy her time in the hot tub. He did nothing for our group of moms or our children except make us feel like our kids needed to leave the pool area. He did a terrible job managing the situation.

Very good impression! The staff were very friendly and welcoming to my children. The rooms easily accommodated our large family with space to spare. Very quiet. Breakfast was as good as one could expect a hotel buffet to be, with plenty of choices. There were more local sites than I could visit in one weekend. I will definitely be staying there again.

Great hotel, only thing to complain of, was that some kids were loud and jumping in pool, doing back flips. Splashing. Reported to front desk, but we left at that point.
