TownePlace Suites by Marriott Lima

There was a big party going on, people had a fight and police were called. There were children running and yelling on the second and third floors after 11 pm. I think the staff was friends with the party goers. Out of control

Was a nice hotel. Phone in our room and random dirt on walls- so could have been cleaner. But all around worth it to stay there. The oatmeal for breakfast with so many add in options was delicious. Safe location. Pool was nice but seemed a little cold for my kids.

Front desk guy was complaining to us about other customers, couldn’t find the 2nd room on my reservation even though I did it all together, told me we could not have a handicap accessible room because they had 3 wedding parties booked, and that our 2 rooms would be on different floors. He got mad because a customer called and hung up after the staff said hello and so the staff slams the phone down and says “see what I put up with? All day long customers are so rude!” And then he proceeded to tell me about all the “problems” with my reservation and he was so angry that I was kind of afraid to say anything! Also, the pool is the size of a hot tub and one couple had 9 kids in the pool and there literally was no room for anyone else! However, the breakfast was very good and the staff who was handling that was AMAZING at dealing with the MANY customers and their demands and requests! Also the rooms are a good size and are comfortable. I come to the area regularly to visit family, but I’m honestly torn as to whether or not I would stay at this hotel again.

Room was very cramped for a family of 4. Pictures very misleading. Pull-out couch runs into King bed, leaving no room to walk around the bed. No towels available in the pool area. Asked front desk for towels, none were brought after over an hour. Breakfast was pretty lacking compared to offerings from other hotels we've stayed in. Hard boiled eggs, pre-wrapped sandwiches, fruit, bread/muffins, cereal, oatmeal all available, but definitely not as fresh as they could or should be. Hotel was clean and fairly new, just disappointing overall.
