Great room! Perfect for a quick family trip for a tournament.

The pool and jacuzzi were clean and great for entertaining the kids. Eating options were easily accessible. The service was at check in was fast even though it was busy.

Great, convenient place to stay after visiting both the South Unit & North Unit of the Theodore Roosevelt National Park. Parking & check-in was easy. Room was convenient & comfortable. Ice machines even had a water dispenser for water bottles. Even had dog bones for your furry family members :).

Incredible! Ms. Elizabeth made us feel like we were family. Great hospitality! Very warm and luxurious environment.

The first night the dogs barking was annoying. It would be nice if rooms with pets were not placed directly across from rooms with children. The chair in our room was a bit torn/worn but functional. The do not disturb door sign was missing. But...the breakfast was great, the pool was clean, hot tub was amazing, and the room comfortable.

I called prior to make sure the pool was working, 2 days before our visit, as I have a child. We get there and it isn’t working, we were told we can pay to go use another hotels pool down the road. The next morning for breakfast, the start time is 6am but no end time listed anywhere, we go down about 8:20 and it is so packed you can’t even get in to get food. We go back right before 9 and everything is gone, we were told they ended breakfast early. We also asked about WiFi as the book in the room said we don’t need an access code but we couldn’t connect, the front desk lady had no idea what the code was even though another room had said they been given the code the night prior. House keeping knocked on our door little over an hour before checkout time asking if we were ready to go, the same room we spoke to about the WiFi password said housekeeping knocked on their door at 8am asking what time they were leaving. I chose this hotel because it had free breakfast and a pool to use for free on site, and we got neither of those things. Along with no wifi and being rushed out as well as front desk staff who seemed to have no desire to help at all. I asked for a receipt upon checking out as I’d always gotten one before only to be told they don’t print them as I used Expedia, I explained they’ve always printed one but no luck. I’ve stayed here a handful of times but this experience will have me at another hotel the next time I’m in town.

The staff is always friendly. Jill even goes above and beyond for the kiddos that stay here.

Stay was ok. Was better in previous stays. Room was clean and comfortable. The building heat was not working in hallways and common areas. AC / Heat was fine in room. Breakfast lousy and Coffee was terrible (not brewed, machine made instant), only 3 cereals to choose and they were all kids cereals (fruit loops, lucky charms, cocopuffs), some mornings there was juice and milk others not. No fruit etc. Hotel was fine for accomodation but dont get hopes up on the breakfast.

The stay was good got in late leaving early darla (kitchen lady) went above and beyond to help me get all the food I needed to my kids thank you so much :)
