We stay here every time we visit family in Mooresville. Only recommendation is to pay more attention to the gym. Equipment needs maintenance.

Everything worked out nicely for us with this hotel. Easy check in and the suite room was perfect for our family of four plus puppy. Plan to stay here again.

My service dog and I stayed here on our way to Ohio. The bed was so comfortable we drove an extra hour to get here for the night. The staff is awesome, and they even had a complementary Little Ceasar for the dog when we checked in. This saved me from searching the car for my fur babies dinner.

The property was very clean and quiet. The staff was very pleasant, professional, and accomodating. The hot breakfast was well-prepared and presented. We were in NC for a somber time in our family. Having a comfortable, quiet, and clean place to rest away from home was most appreciated.

We were two families and we each had a suite. They were very clean and comfortable although there was an issue in one of the rooms that we addressed and it was taken care of immediately. The hotel employees at the desk were amazing! Especially one whose name I didn’t get! You know who you are and you are wonderful! Breakfast was fine, pool was fine and exercise room was adequate. We enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic room if you have a toddler. Sitting room couch turns into a bed. Our toddler loved it and staying overnight was easy. Turn on that sound machine kid is out cold. Will definitely stay here again next trip.

My family of 6 had no trouble checking in. The room was large enough to accommodate our large family. Everyone slept comfortable. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast great.

Our truck was broken into the first night of our stay and we lost some valuables. The hotel needs more cameras around the building and even a security guard driving through the parking lot at late hours of the night would be beneficial. We didn't even know until the next morning when another family checking out found their vehicle had also been broken into. I will do my research on the next hotel I stay with and will only stay where there is security guards monitoring the parking lot to help prevent crime.
