Holiday Inn Express Greenville, an IHG Hotel

There are a large amount of HS kids staying on the property. We reserved 2 double beds for 3 adults and were given a king and pull-out sofa bed because our room was given to someone else. So there is an adult sleeping on an uncomfortable pull-out bed. Even though we were next in line, the front person checked in the teacher with the kids first (most likely why our room was no longer available). Our room is also on the first floor next to the common area where all the HS kids are hanging out and being loud. The carpet is extremely dirty with hair on the floor and there are holes in the wall. Stay away - definitely not worth the $230 dollars a night and not the typical quality of a Holiday Inn Express.

Stayed there with family for a few days and found it to be quite convenient to shopping and dining options. The room was a good size and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast hours are 6-10 which was good if you don’t want to get up early. Zeke at the front desk was awesome and always pleasant and helpful. Only con was the pool wasn’t available as they were still waiting on a City inspection to open it, but we were allowed to use the pool at the hotel across the street.

I came to NC to attend a family gathering. I chose this hotel and it was an excellent choice. The bedroom was clean and the bed were very comfy. The free breakfast was delicious and the staff members was very friendly. From now on when I come in town for my family gathering, this hotel is where I'll be staying.

Everything was perfect the room the food the layout everything was great convenience for us to visit our family couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Well stay again

This hotel was perfectly located for a stay while a family member was hospitalized at Vidant (aka Pitt Memorial). The room was clean and comfortable. It would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room--perhaps they're available upon asking? The staff were especially helpful--offering restaurant suggestions, information regarding the offsite fitness club available to guests, and allowing me to print boarding passes in the office when the printer available to guests was out of toner.

This was the 2nd time we stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Greenville, the first time was excellent all around, great service and staff. The second time started rocky with staff not wanting to be accommodating with some asks, but in fairness they turned it around and performed the service they had the 1st time. The room was about the same as the 1st time clean and well kept. I believe they are renovating the hotel so there were some water pressure issues with sink and toilet, but maintenance fixed the sink, toilet not so much, although no hotel is perfect. Breakfast is generally good for a free meal and the ambiance is pleasant and professional. Overall, if my family needed to go to a hotel again in Greenvillle that has decent prices we would go back to this one.
