Best Western Plus Suites-Greenville

The room had bugs in it. Our first room, the AC was SO loud that you couldn’t hear the person next to you speaking. I called and requested a new room. Unfortunately the worker at the front desk didn’t seem to care and was very annoyed that I wanted to switch rooms. We have a newborn baby and the AC woke him up everytime. We stay here often and the past 3 visits the rooms and service have really gotten terrible. We used to enjoy staying here but it’s really gotten to be bad. I should never be made to feel guilty about a dirty room and broken AC. Very disappointed

The hotel was conveniently located to ECU, restaurants, and shopping. The area of the hotel was safe and well lit. Our room was big enough to accommodate my family of 5 comfortably with the 2 queen beds and the sleeper sofa. My family enjoyed the continental breakfast. The only cons to this hotel are the bathroom door/doorknob did not lock properly and we had to ask for blankets for the sleeper sofa, which is understandable. Please beware of the racoon(s) that lurks near the large dumpster and the dog poop on the lawn near the apartments across the parking lot. Although the hotel cannot control wild life or how some pet owners lack the responsibility to clean up after their pets, I wanted to make mention of these things. I almost stepped in dog poop while trying to unload my car.

Staff knowledgeable and professional. I will revisit again for the weekend. Also when family come into town this a a great place for them to stay

When we arrived Matt was VERY FRIENDLY and welcomed us once we approached the desk. The entire staff was VERY FRIENDLY. My family and I have no complaints and yes we will stay again.

Windows had holes. Pet area had fences that were down and busted. The pullout sofa had stains all over it and no linens. My kids ended up sleeping on the floor because it was more comfortable than the sofa bed. When we called to get them sent up, we never received them. There was only one set of towels for 6 people. When we were asked how our stay was and we expressed some of our concerns, the lady at reception didn’t even respond. She just handed us the receipt and walked away.

Wonderful stay! The overall hotel was clean and smelled good upon arrival! Front desk members were extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

We were in Gville for the birth of our grandchild so spent time in the hotel and hospital; had high expectations and need for comfort and support, neither or which occurred. Most food was not fresh; ran out of items; small dining space-crowded at times. Kitchen manager was very polite and hospitable. Beds not supportive at all; too much topper such that hardly able to sleep through the night. Older facility, though generally clean and neat, so the wear was apparent. Will not stay at this hotel again!
