Condo Description: Relax and enjoy Timbers D-1, a luxurious condo in Echota, offering numerous upgraded features. The main floor features a fully equipped kitchen, butler’s pantry complete with wine cooler and coffee bar, inviting living room with gas log fireplace, master bedroom and bathroom, and ½ bath . Access the covered deck with amazing views of Grandfather Mountain from the living room or the master bedroom. Master bedroom features dual closets with ample space and new (2019) king sized bed. Master Bath features a fully tiled walk-in shower, jetted whirlpool tub, double sinks with vanity and heat lamps.
The living room offers a 50” Smart TV with cable and DVD player and queen size sofa bed. You will also find games, puzzles, movies and books to enjoy during your stay.
Located downstairs is another living room area with a queen sleeper sofa, a second TV, and second deck. This area also includes a guest bedroom with two twin beds, guest bathroom, and laundry room with full sized washer and dryer.

Location: This Resort is centrally located to Boone, Banner Elk, Valle Crucis and Blowing Rock in the Foscoe area, just minutes away from all the High Country’s most famous attractions. Visit the Blue Ridge Parkway, Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls and Caverns, and Appalachian State University, just to name a few. Relax and enjoy the slow pace of the mountains and the fresh air or go on an adventure. In winter, check out Hawksnest Snow Tubing, Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, Beech Mountain Ski Resort, and Appalachian Ski Resort. Moses Cone Manor and Hickory Ridge Living History Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Foggy Mountain Gem Mine and Moses H. Cone Memorial Park. Magic Mountain Mini Golf and Arcade and Tweetsie Railroad are also worth visiting. Kayaking and rafting offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with rock climbing and hiking/biking trails nearby.
