Lakefront Terrace Resort

Pleasant service and maintained outdoor property. Room was a let down. Superficially clean (vacuumed floor, beds and bathroom neat). However we quickly learned the floors, while vacuumed, were not washed (wiping up spilled water turned the cloth black). Areas that are not really seen by guests, like behind the door, around the night table, the ceiling) has dust, bugs and webs. Bathroom floor was very water damaged. Service was good in the very few interactions. Property was kept tidy. The pool and beach were nice but rules were not enforced by staff (children running, tubes in the pool, jumping…which were an issue for us because it was dangerous for our 3 year old in the pool at some points). We did not bring our issues to the attention of the staff. Our room was NOT clean at all. There were water bottles on the floor and a diaper behind the bed. There were spiders on the walls and an booger in the closet. I was reading reviews and someone else complained about this room as well room 213. Defiantly avoid this room. Our shower was absolutely disgusting as well. We had to switch rooms due to our room being so gross and it was difficult to find and we had to go up a bunch of stairs. Our second room was not much better. Our mirror was falling off and there were dead bugs on the air conditioner. Our shower in this room leaked so our floor got soaked. Parking is on an angle in some spots making it difficult and the parking is limited. The private beach is VERY small. There was absolutely NO wifi in our room. The view was nice from our balcony and the small playground was nice for kids.

It was nice and convenient specifically for family with kids. Playground in the front of the hotel, made it easier for the kids, the pool was nice and clean, and staff was kind.

Great location, excellent view. Very convenient. Rooms needs a lot of fixing, especially the bathrooms. Paint peeling off the walls. Very strong order. Other than that, overall good experience with family.

Pro is that parking was easy and only minutes from Lake George main strip. Facility is old and there was obvious water damage throughout the room. Also killed 3 baby cockroaches. Luckily, we only stayed one night.

I liked the proximity to the lake. The outdoor area was also nice for families. The playground could use an upgrade.

For the amount of money spent per night the rooms and balconies could be much cleaner. If you like feeling like you are living in a spiderweb then this is the place for you! The pool is ok when not overrun by a bunch of kids playing their sh*t music. The bartender Jimmy is awesome though and the private beach is pretty cool. PS They dump the septic tank multiple times a day Uncle Eddie style!

Very good place for family vacation.Room is clean,beautiful view. Great and clean beach and pool 👍good barbecue zone 👍😊
