The hotel itself was nice, however the pool and gym were closed due to renovations. I brought my kids on a ski trip from New Jersey and the one reason I booked this hotel was for the pool and hot tub after skiing. It’s inexcusable that Expedia does not give you that information prior to booking. I’ve been a long time customer to Expedia but no longer.

The beds were comfortable . My grandchildren loved the pool. It had the perfect temperature. The added breakfast was good and freshly made. The staff was welcoming. The hotel is near stores and eateries. We will stay here again.

Came late so there were only first floor rooms available. Was hoping to get a room away from families since I came with a partner for a romantic getaway. Got a handicapped room which was weird. Free self parking. Use Google maps to locate hotel; some GPS will bring you to a dark road but it's actually close to Target. Shopping outlet surrounding. Loud horn blowing trains at night. Free Wi-Fi. Overall nice staff. Small fitness room and indoor swimming pool. Decent drive to Woodstock and nearby mountains for skiing/snowboarding. No room service.
