Hotel service was absolutely horrible, not clean at all has a musky smell.. front desk not welcoming at all, breakfast never happened, people running and screaming until 2 am… we had 0 sleep as a family with an 8 year old. Will Never stay here again!

Not bad but if someone is above you the floors are so thin you can hear everything, I had a family with young kids jumping on the bed :)

We stayed there for a surprise 😁 for my daughter baby shower we got there early and they allowed us to check in early. The rooms where clean and comfortable and staff was excellent.

My family slept very comfortably, the pool was small but enjoyable, the breakfast was just right, it all looked clean and modern - I would certainly return!

The hotel is new and clean, but the breakfast is very limited and gone before 9am so if your not up by 7am do not bother because it is not replenished. The pool is freezing cold so scratch that off your list and the wi-fi is terrible so don't plan on working from here. Gaming systems are also not allowed to connect so tell the kids! It is convenient to 87 and Saugerties is a cute little town. When we stayed for NYE the fire alarm went off at 2am and everyone had to evacuate their rooms and nobody was given a reason till the following morning when we learned an idiot was smoking on our floor...fun times. Use your own discretion....

Overall is okay. We can hear the conversation from the room next to us. The noise from kids playing in the pool can be heard were amplified to upstairs and felt entire building was shaking.
