Perfect for family wedding at Giorgio’s!

Mattresses were incredibly uncomfortable. My family and I barely slept.

The only good thing was the polite male bartender. There was dry blood in my bathroom. There were kids running wild in the public places in the hotel. I was eating dinner at the bar and kids were tossing a football around in the other area. The poor bartender was the only staff on duty and he tried his hardest to get everything under control! The kids were wild and the whole bar and dining room was full! He served me and apologized for the poor service. I think he did amazing! The cheese plate had old dried out cheese that I ordered and the next night the meatloaf was dry and burnt. I stayed at the Hyatt the week before as I travel for work and it was way classier than this place. I like children but not at 8:00 at night and all hyped up when I’m Trying to relax at the bar. You need more staff and cleaner rooms. I was going to use the pool and the hot tub but they all were overloaded with horse players kids.

My family and I hotel hop as mini vacations. This is now our favorite spot. The pool and jacuzzi are the best around. The jacuzzi outside is amazing! My family enjoyed our stay. The outlets are right across the street so it’s a nice day of walking around. The staff were all polite and nice. The room was clean and the hotel itself is very nice. I definitely recommend it!

Great hotel for a family gateway. Kids had a good time in the pool and the jacuzzi.

We had a WONDERFUL stay. We brought along our family dog and she was so well received and accepted. Everyone loved her! We enjoyed the facilities and the restaurant. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The location is amazing too. To have the outlets right across the hotel is every shoppers dream! Will be booking our next trip in the fall and staying here again for sure!

Everything was excellent I will be staying more nights because they offer REDUCED RATE for family members who have loved ones in Peconic Bay medical center…unfortunately, because I booked through Expedia, they were unable to give me that rate!!..

From the time I checked in the staff was extremely helpful and I asked for a quiet room and not near elevator and they accommodated my needs. I have stayed here a few times and would highly recommend this hotel .It is very convenient to my family in Wading River!😊

The hotel was hosting a large wedding party, which we were told is pretty common on the weekends. The 20-somethings at the wedding got drunk and way out of hand Saturday night, running up and down the halls, yelling, slamming doors, and constantly screaming for more beer. Started at 1:30 AM; I got to sleep at 5 am. The staff seemed to be trained to coddle the partiers and make those of us trying to get some sleep seem like we were doing something wrong. We complained to the desk and to security repeatedly, as did others. The weakest security guard I've ever seen did nothing but try to negotiate with the drunk kids (to little effect). The night clerk, Rose, dismissed our complaints, told us we were the only ones complaining (demonstrably not true), and then stopped answering our phone calls. Astoundingly, Rose even called out our room number to the part of the drunken crowd in the lobby (we could hear over the phone when she called, "It's 105 again!"). This was VERY unsafe-- my wife didn't sleep at all, worrying that the drunks would start banging on our door. We would've changed hotels, even at 3 in the morning, but every other place in town was full (we made a LOT of calls). Bad experience for sleeping and shopping-- but maybe a good place to book if you're looking to party with little oversight or pushback from the hotel.
