The hotel is conveniently located near Rockefellar. The staff were friendly. I would definitely recommend the hotel to friends and family.

The rooms a nicely detailed, quiet and just the right size. The location in perfect and the employees are attentive and efficient. Excellent choice and will be shared with family and friends as a great option when in New York!!!

Excellent hotel based in the heart of midtown manhattan and literally next door to the Rockefeller Center. Check in process was so easy and the 24 hour staffed main desk was excellent. The staff were always welcoming and friendly offering a greeting and were excellent at recommending places to go. The room was ample size for the two of us including fridge and even a microwave! The view of Rockefeller from our room was amazing! The bed and pillows were really comfortable ensuring we got a full nights rest from our busy days exploring New York. The water machines on the various floors were a great additional touch and something I’ve not seen in any hotel we’ve stayed in before. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends

After a busy day in the noisy city, it was pleasant to retreat back to the quiet hotel with friendly staff. The second floor has a nice room with coffee maker if you woke up early but family did not. The downside-- the "room maintenance" service was minimal. As far as I can tell only towels and shampoo were replaced in the "scheduled" one time "cleaning" during my 4 nights stay.

Terrific hotel across from Rockefeller Center (but warning to young families -- it's next to an American Girl store!). Very efficient. Helpful check-in crew. A second-floor lounge with coffee, water, computers, restroom. Great to leave your luggage before and after check-in and use the lounge post check-out on your way to train, airport. The Jewel does everything right for its customers. And it accepts Hotels.com coupons. Bravo.

The location cannot be beat especially with children. The staff are super friendly. The room itself was dated. There was a musty odor from age and possibly the carpet. It took forever to cool down the room. Those are probably the main reasons why I would probably not stay there again.

Love this place, it is FANTASIC. Sandie at the front desk was AMAZING, and after check out, we were still able to use the lounge and bathrooms which was so convenient, especially with a kid in tow. Our room view was incredible, along with location of this hotel. You walk out of the hotel and you are in the middle of it all. I can't recommend this place enough.

This was our 5-year old’s first time to NYC and we were a little nervous about any hotel stay, but the hotel and location was just perfect. The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel was clean and right across the street from Rockefeller Plaza and shops. It sits next door to the American Girl store and across the street from the Lego store and FAO Schwarz. The perfect place for kids. The evenings were quiet, but we were able to walk to Time Square if we wanted to. I would recommend this hotel.
