Too much bad Just know they will not refund you. Call n say they will give u a free night stay somewhere else...which is a lie and if u are staying more than 1 day such as me n my family stay they will let u out of your remaining day's and provided excellent customers service is non existing.

Staff was great. Hotel is nicely designed and clean. Breakfast is perfect and worth the expense- even for my children. The parking was very problematic even using their recommended lot. It was unclear, hard to find, entrance not the same as the exit, and you have to pre-register the vehicle. It was a lot to deal with for me at 11pm but if you know all of that in advance, I guess it's ok. I would definitely stay here again. Gorgeous views too.

The stay was truly relaxing and the hotel was perfect! I went for a work trip but brought family along. Ananka at the front desk was so helpful and answered all the questions we had. She was so available to help! The room was very clean and daily service. Beds were comfortable and restroom had everything we needed. This hotel made FiDi a spot to enjoy and stay at during NYC trips. Subway lines were so close, Brooklyn bridge at walking distance, a lot of good food and entertain close to the hotel. Will stay here again!

We had a great stay at The Cloud One. It was very clean, the rooms weren’t very spacious (it’s NYC, didn’t expect it to be big!) but we’re modern, comfy bed, nice bathroom and we had a FANTASTIC view of the Hudson and the 9/11 memorial ponds and One World Trade. Only two complaints… First, the AC worked very well but it was LOUD! Second, the fire alarms went off around 6am one morning, woke me from a dead sleep and scared the living $hit out of me. Their emergency speaker system was so fuzzy sounding that nobody on my floor could understand what the guy said so we had no idea if it was a real emergency or what. Not wanting to be stuck in a hotel fire, I grabbed my kid and made our way down 22 stories in our pj’s just to get to the ground floor and come back around to the front desk to be told it was smoke from the kitchen and then they said “go about your business…” as I’m standing there anxiety ridden and with a terrified kid. A little more apology or a comped meal from the smokey kitchen or something would have been nice. Stuff happens, I get that, but the response just seemed to not match with what the guests all felt running down the stairs with sirens blaring. Overall, great hotel, super convenient and really close to the Oculus station and lots of subway lines. I would definitely stay here again!
