Very CLEAN & QUIET rooms. The STAFF were beyond Amazing! They are very AWARE, ACCOMMODATING and Most of all KIND! Our family would stay again and again with at the Artezen Hotel. Kuddos!

Some of the best service I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. Pretty much everyone on the staff went out of their way to accommodate us and our (sometimes noisy) 2-year-old. Also, the gym was spotless and there’s a separate yoga room. There is certainly a lot to do in this area, much of it kid-friendly. My only complaint is that it’s hard to load and unload the car as traffic must be stopped to do so. I’d definitely stay here again.

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Artezen Hotel. The location was perfect, just steps from the subway and there were ample coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel was very modern and the rooms and public areas were very clean. Most impressive was the staff. Very friendly and helpful.

Convenient no-frills hotel near the Oculus in Lower Manhattan. Small rooms but very serviceable. Outstandingly friendly and helpful lobby staff. Easy to walk to restaurants and waterfronts. Good place to stay while visiting family in the area.

We started in Manhattan and we are working our way across NY State visiting family as we go. The Artezen Hotel was our first 2 nights' lodging and spoiled us; setting the bar high for the remainder of the trip. The staff was courteous and helpful from the beginning to the end of our stay. When in Manhattan, I would definitely stay at Artezen Hotel again.

Concierge were great! Front desk people not so friendly. Rude when we checked in and called to ask if we were smoking pot. I was in the room with my 2 children and would never. Made us feel uncomfortable and odd.

The Artezen Hotel was a petite hotel in lower Manhattan. My kids and I picked there because it is so close to the 9/11 museum , which was awesome!!! I parked my car for free right across the street. But if those spots are taken , you have to pay a fee for the parking garage about 4 blocks away. I didn’t mind, this IS Manhattan. All the hotel staff were great , they even called me to let me know my room was ready before 3pm. But you have to go in there and give them or make sure they have your number. All in all it was a great experience!!!
